Final testing is underway on our fully electric Nissan Patrol, purpose-built for a farmer living off-grid who needs reliable mobile energy storage anywhere on the property.
This isn’t just an electric 4WD. It’s been designed to combine serious off-road performance with a mobile Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), allowing stored solar energy to be taken wherever it’s needed around the farm.
Powered by dual electric motors, the Patrol delivers:
- Up to 300kW of power
- Up to 1,500 Nm of torque
- More than 150kWh of battery capacity
- Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability
- Traction control
- Cruise control
- Digital dash
- Zero tailpipe emissions
With V2L capability and a huge onboard battery, the Patrol can do far more than simply get around the property. Stored solar energy can travel with the vehicle, providing a practical source of power in areas where grid access isn’t available.
The result is a high-performance electric 4WD that doubles as a mobile energy solution, combining serious torque, substantial energy storage and the versatility required for life and work off-grid.
With final testing now underway, this is shaping up to be one of the quickest battery packs on the farm. ⚡
